Asia’s version of ASOS, ZALORA, recently launched their Lunar New Year collection for 2016.
The collection sees over 100 carefully designed pieces that celebrates the Modern Woman, from the young, fun-loving woman, to the classy working lady, and to the fulcrum of the household – The Mother.
In addition to womenswear, the ZALORA 2016 Lunar New Year collection also incorporates over 80 menswear pieces, inspired by Hong Kong film ‘In the Mood for Love’ and elements of the upcoming Year of the Monkey. Cool, fun and relaxed, this menswear collection will give males a fashion boost for the marathon of festive gatherings.
Founded in 2012, the e-retailer is now present in 9 markets in Asia – Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Brunei.
In 2014, ZALORA launched their eponymous label to cater to the seasonality and nuances of the region’s diverse fashion market. Though it’s sold as a seasonal wear, we see pieces with classic silhouettes that can be worn all year round.
