Calling all wannabe models! If you ever wanted to get into modelling but with our the gut wrenching rejection and horrendous Fashion Week hours? Then you’re in luck!
For the second time running, Marc by Marc Jacobs has turned to Instagram and Twitter to cast models for their spring 2015 campaign. The results from the first campaign were so successful the brand decided to give it another go. Check out our previous story on that here.
But there’s just one catch. The casting call ends tomorrow (26th September)! So if you think you’re what they’re looking for, here’s what you need to do: Set your Instagram or Twitter privacy settings to public and upload a pic with the hashtag #CastMeMarc. That’s it!
If you do use the said hashtag, according to the Terms & Conditions, you are then acknowledging that Marc Jacobs International can use your image for its campaign purposes.
Marc Jacobs described the previous models as ‘a cast of colourful and dynamic characters’, in an interview with WWD last August, which demonstrated the brands need to search for models who didn’t fit the regular mould of fashion.
The fall/winter 2014 campaign garnered around 70,000 submissions from aspiring Marc models so we suggest you get your phones ready and strike your most fierce/ and or most quirky pose darlings!
