Art fascinates me. It serves no financial purpose. It does not save lives. Yet it has existed throughout the human’s history in the form of cave paintings or pattern in hides. Art, however, has always been the first medium to subtly communicate a message, sometimes, so deep that it makes your head twirl.
Choi Xoo Ang, an artist from South Korea, creates figurative sculptures to make socio-politic commentaries, using mostly human bodies mixed with over-exagerrated organic elements. He has won several awards including the Artist of Tomorrow by Sungkok Museum in Seoul, South Korea.
